Group Home Services

Johnson Enrichment Services is a 24-hour facility which provides residential services to individuals in a home environment where the primary purpose of these services is the care, habilitation or rehabilitation of individuals who have a mental illness and who require supervision when in the residence.

INDIVIDUAL

Transitional Living

The Transitional Living program is designed to aid young adults from age 16 through 21 who are nearing adulthood leaving the foster care, juvenile justice, or mental health systems, in learning the skills needed to succeed independently.

Anxiety & Stress

Learn an array of new tools to release yourself from the grip of anxiety or worry that may be holding you back from enjoying life. Our trauma therapists are well versed in creating the best programs for our clients.

Out Patient Therapy

Outpatient therapy allows anyone to seek therapy services and support for their mental health while allowing them to live their lives in between sessions. Outpatient services are ideal because they can be tailored to provide each patient with the right treatment plan. Outpatient treatment, patients learn to cope with stressors and manage their mental health.
